These were the same questions I asked myself during my fertility journey and then through my pregnancy and introduction to motherhood. There is an overwhelming amount of nutrition information online, and even as a Registered Dietitian, I struggled to make sense of it all. This experience left me feeling there should be better support and more approachable nutrition information for women navigating the world of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, so I founded Bloom Nutrition.
